To organisations there are tremendous opportunities, but also risks, so where do you start to plan for AI, business and the future of work? Whether you are in the public or private sector, in a large organisation or a small shop, AI has a growing impact on your business. Most organisations don’t have a strategy in place for how to make AI work for them. While the course content and information were interesting, I found it necessary to mute the videos and rely on the transcripts due to the poor English skills of the lecturers and interviewees. The videos contained numerous grammar mistakes, which made it difficult to focus on the actual topics. I ended up skimming the transcripts because the frequent errors were distracting. It is surprising and disappointing to see that university professors and interviewees, who are supposed to be experts in their fields, have such poor English skills in a course of this nature.
