In the second course of the Deep Learning Specialization, you will open the deep learning black box to understand the processes that drive performance and generate good results systematically. Assignment in week 2 could not tell the difference between 'a-=b' and 'a=a-b' and marked the former as incorrect even though they are the same and gave the same output. Other than that, a great course

Excellent content. The grader seriously needs to be updated thogh. For example, it needs to be Python2 and Tensorflow2 compatible and also needs to be robust in handling common syntaxes such as "-=".
