Very good programme in enhancing one’s positive outlook. The course has clarified some of the misconceived perception I had with regard to positive psychology and brought light to my understanding.

a good scientific course from one of the leaders of positive pscyhology. explains many key scientific evidences for happiness and positivity. good for curious learners. the course is free.

I like it, but in my opinion is not updated, Also, some of the links because does not work. Maybe you need to re design and update some contents.

It was very boring. Content was good but tutor's way of teaching was very boring and monotonous. Felt waste of time.
