Great course to start if you want to step into IT and take on IT Technical Support role...which is a starting journey in IT.

The material presented is very complete, ranging from hardware, software, networking to troubleshooting and customer service.

Great for people that are not in the IT field, but want to pursue something new! This course gives them the tools to do that.
